1. Case Style

Select One:

Case A – 0.250″ L, 0.275 ∅

Case B – 0.250″ L, 0.188 ∅, 0.250 ∅ Flange

Case C – 0.300″ L, 0.125 ∅

Case D – 0.250″ L, 0.250 ∅

Select from one of the four Case Style options.

2. RTD Element Type

Formatted as: Material / Resistance (ohms) / Temp. Coefficient (ohm/ohm/°C)

Select one option for your RTD element type.

Select One:

The application dictates the choice of sheath materials. 304SS and 316SS are most commonly used but temperatures and corrosive conditions can necessitate the use of other materials.

6. Leadwire Construction

Material:		Know the application atmosphere and limitations – temperature, moisture, corrosion and abrasion. Flexible wire is available in solid or stranded conductors with many sizes (gauge), insulations and calibrations to meet nearly all applications.

Select One:

Insulated wire, solid or stranded, in a variety of insulations is carried in the most common sizes from 16 to 24 gauge.

There is no limit to the leadwire length however when the distance to the instruments is 150 feet or more a 4-20ma signal conditioner is recommended.
